Dear Fly-In Attendees,

Due to the impending ice storm expected to impact North Florida starting Tuesday evening and into Wednesday, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Florida Airports Council State Fly-In. While we are deeply disappointed, we recognize that our infrastructure is not equipped to handle a weather event of this nature, and the safety of our attendees remains our top priority.

We are working to reschedule the Fly-In for a date later in February. Once we have finalized arrangements with the hotel, we will provide updated information, including the new dates.

All current registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, your registration can be transferred to another member of your team, or you may request a refund.
